The Vendor Services and Transaction Settlement Agreement is delivered during approved vendor onboarding. It should be executed by both authorized representatives through Adobe Acrobat Sign, DocuSign, or another approved e-signature process before the first live vendor transaction. It is not accepted through the general membership checkbox.
