These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern access to globaltradecollective.com and GTC’s public digital content. By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

Membership is governed by the GTC Membership Terms and Conditions. A quote, booking, purchase, vendor relationship, event, program, or other transaction may be governed by additional terms presented before acceptance. The Privacy Notice explains how GTC handles personal data.

The website is intended primarily for businesses and adult business representatives participating in or supporting global trade and logistics. It is not directed to children or personal consumer use.

GTC provides membership, technology, directory, data, workflow, communication, and commercial-channel services. Unless a transaction-specific record expressly states otherwise and identifies the authorized provider, website content does not mean that GTC undertakes carriage, freight forwarding, NVOCC services, motor brokerage, customs business, cargo custody, insurance, underwriting, lending, or another regulated service.

Website information, directory listings, market content, tracking displays, schedules, estimated times, maps, and third-party data are provided for general business use and may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or unavailable. Confirm material information with the performing carrier, vendor, authority, or professional adviser before acting.

GTC does not provide legal, customs, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, medical, or regulatory advice through general website content.

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify GTC promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity attributable to your account and personnel, subject to applicable law.

You must not use the website to violate law, transmit malicious code, harass or deceive others, misrepresent authority or verification, collect data without a lawful basis, scrape or build a competing directory, probe or bypass security, overload the service, interfere with another user, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Directory profiles and user submissions may be supplied by Members or public sources. A listing, badge, membership tier, or profile does not guarantee present licensing, financial condition, capacity, performance, or suitability. GTC may moderate, correct, restrict, or remove content that is inaccurate, expired, misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unauthorized.

If you submit content, you represent that you have the rights and notices required to provide it and grant GTC a limited license to host, display, transmit, and process it for the requested website or Platform function.

GTC and its licensors own the website, software, designs, databases, compilations, text, graphics, and GTC marks, except for identified third-party material. GTC grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the website for legitimate internal business evaluation and participation.

No website access grants a right to use GTC’s name, logo, badge, GTC ID, or materials to imply agency, employment, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or authority to bind GTC.

The website may link to or display services and data supplied by third parties. Those services are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy practices. GTC is not responsible for a third party’s website, availability, data, security, or performance merely because GTC provides a link or integration.

GTC may maintain, change, restrict, or discontinue website features and may block access reasonably believed to create a security, legal, fraud, sanctions, safety, or abuse risk. GTC does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

GTC may update these Website Terms prospectively by posting a new version and effective date. A material change to a separately accepted contract will follow that contract’s change process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its content are provided “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from public website use. GTC’s aggregate liability arising solely from public website use will not exceed USD 100. These limits do not apply to GTC’s fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that law prohibits limiting.

These Website Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to mandatory law that cannot be varied. The state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising solely from these Website Terms.
